COVID-19 is bringing about some difficult times , but we are strong and in this together. For the well-being of our tenants and workers and to comply with health mandates aimed at flattening the curve for COVID, we are currently suspending all non-emergency repairs and home visits until further notice. Effective immediately, our offices are currently closed. However, we continue to monitor emails , text messages and phone calls and will action them accordingly. Please contact your property manager for all Emergency requests ASAP via phone number as soon as required. To ensure our continued level of service, please continue to email your regular non-urgent repair requests to your property manager for logging purposes. We will resolve any such matters once safe to do so.
